1. Eligibility

To participate as a "Referring User", you must:

  • Be a registered user of the Forage App.

  • Have earned rewards via receipt upload, item offers, linked store account purchases, or a purchase with a Forage Partner merchant.

  • Be in good standing with Forage and compliant with all applicable terms and policies.

To qualify as a "Referred User", the individual you refer must:

  • Be a new user who has never registered with the Forage App using their phone number or card and is not a member of your family.

  • Complete the required actions (defined below) after signing up.

Referrals are limited to U.S. residents aged 18 and older.

A "Forage Partner" is a merchant that uses Forage to process its EBT payments online and provides offers in the Forage App.

2. Referral Rewards

  1. Referring User.

You will receive the rewards value indicated in the Forage App once (1) you earn rewards through the Forage App via receipt upload, item offers, store linked account purchases, or a purchase with a Forage Partner merchant, (2) you send your referral link to Referred Users (i.e., an independent third party individual that is not a member of your household), and (3) your Referred User meets the requirements under section 2(b) below, and (4) your Referred User earns rewards via receipt upload, item offers, store linked account purchases, or a purchase with a Forage merchant. Rewards will initially appear as “Pending” in the Forage app; rewards become available after the conditions above are met. Once you earn rewards via receipt upload, item offers, store linked account purchases, or a purchase with a Forage merchant, you'll gain access to your unique referral link. You may share this via native sharing tools (text, email, etc.). A Referring User may only receive rewards for referring up to the number of Referred Users indicated in the Forage App for the Referral Program campaign used with the referral link.

b. Referred User.

A Referred User will also receive the rewards value indicated in the Forage App after: (1) entering their valid phone number in the page from the referral link, (2) downloading the Forage app, and (3) successfully creating an account with their valid phone number. The Referring User will receive rewards once the Referred User earns rewards via receipt upload, item offers, store linked account purchases, or a purchase with a Forage merchant. Rewards will not be retroactively applied to accounts that failed to enter a valid phone number in the page from the referral link or did not meet the qualifying criteria. A Referred User will only be eligible to redeem one referral.

c. Referral rewards are provided by Forage Technology Corporation and are not government benefits. Rewards are not funded by, associated with, or redeemable through any government benefits program, including SNAP or EBT

3. Pending vs. Available Rewards

For Referring Users, referral rewards are marked as “Pending” until all required actions are completed. You can click on “Pending” rewards to view more information about eligibility and steps to unlock the reward.

Once the Referred User completes the necessary steps, rewards will update from “Pending” to “Available” and can be redeemed in accordance with the general Rewards Program.

4. Restrictions

  • You may not self-refer by creating multiple accounts.

  • Referral links may not be sold, bartered, or distributed in bulk.

  • Use of referral links in paid ads, spam, or misleading communication is strictly prohibited.

  • Forage reserves the right to deny or revoke referral rewards in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

5. Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Referral Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any pending rewards at the time of termination may be forfeited at our discretion; pending rewards that have expired will terminate at the time of expiration. We may change, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Referral Terms at any time, with or without notice. Any pending rewards at the time of termination may be forfeited at our discretion; pending rewards that have expired will terminate at the time of expiration. We also reserve the right to disqualify anyone at any time from participation in the program if we suspect abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
